Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice
- Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customised or personalised products
- Products that have been energised or activated on request
- Discounted sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, pack the item securely and ship to our address.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
