How to Return or Exchange
Email info@GemsStore.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason within 7 days of delivery.
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns address. Keep the tracking receipt.
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Conditions
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags intact
- Original invoice included
Exchange Policy
We offer free size exchanges for bracelets. For product exchanges of equal or higher value, a top-up may be required. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products
- Energised products (rudraksha, kavach, yantras)
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. For change of mind returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
